@philipdefranco: Iran Strikes Israel With Hundreds Of Missiles #usa #america Iran fired nearly 200 missiles at Israel and a significant amount seem to have hit their targets. Iran says that nearly 80% of their missiles hit their target. We don’t know if that’s true but we do know that Israel, Palestine, and Jordan were all hit with Iranian missiles. One person was reportedly killed in the attack. They were in the West Bank and were originally from Gaza. The Jordanian air force intercepted Iranian missiles in coordination with the American and Israeli air forces. US Naval destroyers also intercepted missiles. The Iranian leader tweeted out “Victory from God and Victory is near”. Israel says Iran will face a harsh and painful response. One official said it “will be unlike anything we’ve known until now”, while another said they will strike powerfully tonight. Last week Israel warned Iran saying “If you strike us, we will strike you. There is no place in Iran that the long arm of Israel cannot reach.” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says Iran will face severe consequences. He also said the attack was defeated and was ineffective. US Senator Graham has called on Biden to “coordinate an overwhelming response with Israel, starting Iran’s ability to refine oil.” Iran says it alerted the US and Russia through diplomatic channels right before they attacked. They have reportedly told the US that they don’t want war. The State Department denies that they heard from Iran at all.
