I’ve been using this in both my morning and night routine for the past couple of weeks and have been really enjoying this! This is a milky toner formulated with 70% rice water, 5% niacinamide, and ceramide to help brighten, moisturize, and even out your skin tone. It has a very lightweight, watery texture, but it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plumped. I also have a couple of scars on my face and I’ve noticed they’ve been slowly fading away.
