Is that garden soil? I’d recommend a houseplant soil mix that is not as dense, garden soil is very rich and is holding too much moisture

have you tried putting it in just a water pot?:) mines been surviving off just water for like 4 years now

Are you watering from the bottom of the pot? It helps, and water only when due, like weekly or around 10 days

Oooo the soil is the problem for sure!! Monsteras and many houseplants need a “chunky” soil mix. Mix equal parts soil, perlite, and orchid bark (MiracleGro $6 at Walmart, other options on Amazon)
