Do you use any moisturizer after the soap? My skin gets so freaking greasy with moisturizer but then is dry if i dont and idk what to do😩

My dermatologist told me to only wash my face in the morning with only water! And a very very gentle cleanser at night… changed my life!!

Im starting to consider washing my face with hand soap because most people withclear skin do that 😭 and on the other hand i use a pricey face wash and break out!
