in Memphis go to the Commissary in Germantown for ribs a Central BBQ for pulled pork. Rendezvous is not good at all. everyone recommends them, no idea why.

That’s exactly what I do with my bread! And hush puppies are basically just deep fried cornbread. Some people add onions or whole corn or other add ins.

The Rendezvous in Memphis has always been one of my favorites. If you go, stop at the Peabody Hotel nearby to see the ducks in the fountain in the hotel.
