I make sure my socks only go into the washer in pairs and into the dryer in pairs. Then if I’m missing one, I know it’s inside of something else.

I. It all the same color and style… but I found many socks that made it to the drain tube in the washer . We also have front load machine socks get between the rubber near the door too.
