Haven't seen this one, but a traditional powder style is often based on senega, which is kind of licorice tasting. Not very effective either. Pablon Gold sachets are my recommendation for flu-like sym

man I got some powder from the doctor for a sore throat a couple years ago but it had to be dissolved in water first and also it tasted like garbage. wish I'd known about this sooner 🤷
