I'm from the UK and every year around this time depression sinks in. The cold and dark nights starting early get me down so much. It's bad enough when summer is awful too.

That’s SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder. It hits bad when the weather changes and it starts getting dark and cold. And it’s grey and rainy. Definitely SAD.

I’m 🇺🇸 in the 🇬🇧 and am having the same internal conflict. It’s really painful and difficult! The place I want to live alternates back & forth. There’s no clear winner for me.

I totally get it.. some things I really like about the USA but my langauge/ culture/ family & friends are all in Wales ❤️🏴.. we have a home in India too & I ❤️it.. but Wales is home

It's so weird. When it gets to this temperature in spring I'm so happy, wearing t-shirts outdoors. But in October I'm fleeced up and hibernating.

I live in the UK. I plan to leave for the states as soon as I’ve trained in my field. It’s incredibly boring here, rains, and is not as diverse unless you live in London.
