the neplanon made me so depressed and gave bad thoughts allll the time. it was so toxic. the copper IUD was the next best thing i loved it. just heavy period and cramps with it

I use panoxyl cream face wash for my acne prone skin, and switched to non-comedogenic makeup, as makeup contributes a lot to acne

my BC journey was the opposite. got off the pill and got the iud instead and all the symptoms went away.

My nexplanon got stuck in my arm. It was actually starting to embed in my muscle. It burned SOOO BAD when I got it out. I was constantly having a period so I’m glad mine is out!

I took mine out as well because of bad symptoms, acne definitely gonna get worse before it gets better! Ugh but trust it will get better! Also exfoliating your face 2x - week helps 💕

Girlie get yourself a chatgpt plus subs and write your skin type, your skin problems and your goals for your skin in there. I did all that and my chatgpt gave me a bomb🍑 skincare routine with Korean products and explain everything to me with very detailed explanations 🙏😍
