Where i can have actual Indian food. Revolver Restaurant is always mentioned among the foodie groups as one of the best in Singapore. Heck, that’s how i ended up there. But is it for everyone? Indian food itself already carries very different preferences, let alone a $230/$299 Indian degustation filled with small portions albeit elevated quality. Its wonderful that Chef-owner Saurabh Udinia uses international ingredients in the Indian cooking. He came by to say hi and is super friendly. And if you get a good seat you can glimpse into the chefs’ lives in the open kitchen as they wrestle with their tandoors and woodfire and bincho grills. Better justifying the cost of the dinner. But personally, i can’t justify this price. #tanjongpagarfood #hautecuisine #indianfood
