Don’t let your fruit go to waste when you can make the most delicious ice lollies instead! I always save the fruit that’s about to be thrown away in the shop because food waste and the plastic is packaged in is a bigger problem than the plastic alone. Look at these strawberries they’re still perfect, these would just end up in landfill and emit methane inside the packaging. This way I can eat the strawberries and reuse the plastic before I responsibly recycle it.Method:400g strawberries 1 can coconut milkOptionally tbsp maple syrup/honey (I didn’t add this as my strawberries were very ripe)Instead of using the wooden sticks I’ve started using these bamboo handles and spoons instead.
