I would literally suffocate in my sleep....I snore but I also get stuffy noses, I just use a pillow under my jaw (hugging pillow) to prop my jaw closed

I use Nexcare Micropore medical tape. It’s much cheaper and doesn’t contribute as much to the waste stream.
