I’m a nose breather already. I got my adenoids out when I was younger though so my nose don’t get blocked/clogged. But this is what these are for right? To make you breathe through your nose?

I use Nexcare Micropore medical tape. It’s much cheaper and doesn’t contribute as much to the waste stream.
