my 10 month struggles to take day naps on the go (in pram). any tips? she is great at self settling and sleeping in cot with dark room and white noise. but this means all naps we have to stay home.

this is my baby.. he went from contact napping to self settling at 3months! it's like he just enjoys his own space and falling asleep after having some chats with himself 😭

what are some other techniques? my little girl seems to just get upset when we bounce her now. she'll settle eventually from it but it can be a fight

My 10 month old likes me putting my hand on the crown of her head, hand on the check or holding my hand if she is struggling. It’s enough for the comfort and not stimulating

interesting that I see this now, my 15 month old has decided out of nowhere he does NOT want me to feed his bottle or hold him at night, he just squirms and tries to run away, like what am I sposed to do 😭 haha

I thought it was because I rarely rocked him in the traditional way since birth. Only way he falls asleep is bobba wrap+bouncing ball+pat+shush or feeding to sleep (4mo)

I hate that what once worked stops working randomly! last night I spent 2 hours trying to settle him. I let him play in his room until I saw him yawn a couple times then I was able to settle him..
