In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and chili sauce. Mix until smooth. Take the 8-compartment baking dish and place cucumber slices on top of the sushi rice. Pipe some chili mayo on top and spoon the sticky salmon over it. If desired, garnish with additional chili mayo, avocado, and sesame seeds.
