They definitely don’t use that where I live, they poor asphalt patches then in the winter the plows rip them then they patch it in the spring, rinse and repeat

Oh okay cool so we moved from replacing the road, to patching holes to putting band adds on it… how much more do we gotta pay to have decent roads anymore

No one knows how to repair a pot hole any longer. It’s called a “pot hole” for a reason. You must square the sides and flatten the bottom

Why not just make all roads better like solar panel roads that panels can be removed and replaced and power the streets, homes, lights, illuminated road lines , like TRON

Until the gas or electric utilities have to dig another hole, which is usually the day after the first hole is fixed.
