@mollysringlets: 2020-2024 🥺⏱️👀 Can’t decide if I prefer the 2022 or 2024 curls!The short curls with highlights really do hold a place in my heart but I’m on a length journey and want waist-length curls 😌🩷 Take this as your sign to embrace your curly hair! It can be quite a long process, depending on how damaged your hair is to start with (mine was very damaged from heat and bleach) 💛 Here’s one curl styling tip for each year I’ve embraced my curls: 1: To style, spray water on your hair until it’s dripping wet and then apply your products. Styling on soaking wet hair always gives me less frizz 2: Use more gel than any other product. This does vary depending on your head of hair but if your curls get easily weighted down like mine then gel is your bff 🩷 3: Diffuse! I honestly can’t air dry, it takes wayyy too long and makes my curls a lot flatter and frizzier. I have a comparison between air drying and diffusing on my page and the difference is insane! 4: To get more shine, once your curls are fully dry take a small amount of oil, spread it throughout your palms, and then smooth or scrunch it into your curls.
