Yes! But then again their KPI are super unrealistic. Last time before open kitchen concept, staff suppose to walk within 7 steps to get all yr item. You suppose to serve the order within 3mins

those days, the shift/store manager has been entrusted to police their KPI as part of their responbility, nowadays, all staff are kids rarely do u see any responsibility into ensuring their recording their KPI’s in a genuine manner

the staff forgot my order after hitting the button…. i waited 30 mins before asking (because it was super busy) the staff about my order and they realised they missed my order 😭

It just means the process is completed after all stations press their done buttons. And now is waiting for staff to pack which is the bottleneck.

I thought i figured it out, if it’s on the “Now Serving” means they r preparing, and i usually walk away. If it disappears, that’s when they call ur number.
