My question is are you making these in front of the customer because the labels always say eat in or dine in which I assume means ordered at the counter not drive thru or mobile order?

Start with the coffee, 3-4oz then add ingredients and stir and add ice. That way you are only mixing 1 time and you get a decent amount of coffee too
