L&D nurse here. Bring Depends diapers for you! Those are definitely better than the big pads we give you. Also, just pack like you are going to a hotel

I always took like two receiving type blankets & one bigger/fluffy blanket and 2-3 burp cloths, but all three of my babies were spitter uppers so I had burp cloths attached to me literally 24/7 😩. Also, gowns were the best for the hospital because it allowed easy access for the nurses and yes, they can wear them in the car seat ❤️

For the baby I’d bring swaddles, a blanket, bows and nail clippers. A lot of babies come out with claws & I wish I had taken mine! Don’t forget anything you might have or want for announcement pics 🥰
