@bitta_banging: Day in the Life 🫡 Its protein week here at @ecole_ducasse and today we had skirt steak with a confit shallot, mustard and beef jus condiment, pan seared lettuce hearts and a lemon vinaigrette. This was my first time trying to film during class so bear with me while I figure out the kinks and what works best.
