Get you a strong sturdy comb to squeeze during contractions! Can’t explain it but that helped me soo much with the pain in having a natural birth. You can do it!! The recovery is so much easier.

with My second I used gas an air and I didn't feel a thing and I didn't tear just in case it's to far along where they wont give you the epidural

I was induced with the cooks catheter at 40 weeks 5 days. I had GD but was low risk. Got the epidural about 7 hours after my water broke, bub was born 5 hours later.

i had my second without anything (not by choice, i was dilated to 8 when I got there and then we lost time for it) it's rough but I'm glad it happened , contractions hurt more. happy last baby!
