What are you doing to prepare for YOU? Nobody asked me that when I was pregnant. Everyone talked about birth. Everyone talked about the baby. Everyone talked about what I needed to buy. But nobody talked about how quickly maternity leave goes. Nobody talked about the feeling of watching the weeks fly by. Nobody talked about how hard it can feel when you're not ready to go back to work. And nobody talked about creating more options for yourself before you needed them. The first time around, I didn't know there were other options. So I did what most people do... I went back to work before I was ready and it broke my heart 💔 So when I found out I was pregnant again, I knew I didn't want to make the same mistake twice. I knew I wanted to start creating more options for myself before maternity leave even started. So I started learning about digital products and Canva.. think planners, guides, invites etc I started with ready-made products because I was a complete beginner and wanted to learn without the pressure of creating everything from scratch. And honestly? That one decision ended up changing far more than I ever expected. It's helped me: ✨ Extend my maternity leave ✨ Reduce my working hours ✨ Create extra income from home ✨ Spend more time with my girls A lot of mums tell me... But I'd be a complete beginner so was I ❤️ That's exactly why I had to learn. Because one day your maternity leave will start. And before you know it...
