We in Germany put a spoonful of Vick in a bowl, then hot water and then you take a blanket and put it over you and the bowl and the steam helps to clean the airways

My favorites are where they’re making their own chapsticks, perfumes, etc. with essential oils and Vaseline. I can only imagine how many hospital visits there have been. 🤦🏼♂️
