I gotta say. For a small bridge it was sturdy af. Those metal containers hit hard n at first it was like “eh I can take it” whoever built that did a dam good job, I hope the one that gets rebuilt

I read this week, it takes 100,000 pounds of water pressure to even lift a loaded container to float it. So to push it, ramming into bridges, that’s some hectic water you dealt with.

Maybe when it’s rebuilt it can be some sort of draw bridge so if flooding happens again it can be opened and safe from destruction? Idk just a thought

Have seen so many videos and the sheer force and speed at which this water was traveling is terrifying. I can't imagine the fear that they felt. It is the stuff of nightmares.You are all in my prayers
