The breakage isn’t bad and your hair is lovely. A keratin treatment will strengthen and smooth. I also love K18 hair mask for at home it really defrizzed wo making my hair gross.

You need the spiral plastic hair elastics, not the cord traditional ones. When your hair is up they pull less. Or try a butterfly clip

I suggest you do a rebonding and use tsubaki hair mask and fino shampoo and maybe oil your hair once a week or use rosemary water once a week put its on your scalp before Shampooing it
