In Toronto if your doing 50 over the speed limit you get your car impounded then for each day your care is impounded you have to pay for it and you also lose your license and finds up to $5000

I get the guy was in the wrong, but there's zero need to be so condescending about it. Cop was mad that dude wasn't crying. Nothing happened and he's obviously just a really calm guy.
