You can take a brush and sorta scoop out the lipstick! And try shout spray to get off the lipstick off your tights! Youll have to scrub the fabric against itsself you know? Lmk if it works!!

I would try to de-pot the lipstick. That way, only half of it goes to waste. I’m not sure if your tights aren’t washable but try Folex carpet cleaner.
