@hiru.blogs: Degi Style Chicken Yakhni Pulao 🍚😍 Save this Recipe to try later 👌🏻 Ingredients for making Yakhni : ✨ Chicken ✨ Onion - 3 (medium size) ✨ Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamom) 2-3 ✨ Darchini (Cinnamon Sticks) 3-4 ✨ Cloves (Laung) 5-6 ✨ Black Pepper Corns (Sabut Kali Mirch) half-tsp ✨ White Cumin 1-tsp ✨ Fennel Seeds (Saunf) 1-tbsp ✨ Ginger , Garlic as required ✨ Staranise (Badiyan ka Phool) 2-3 ✨ Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi) 2-3 ✨Coriander Seeds 1-tbsp ✨ Salt to taste For Masala Preparation : ✨ Onion 2-3 ✨ Ginger, Garlic 1-tbsp ✨Salt to taste ✨ Coriander powder 1-tsP ✨Cumin powder 1-tsp ✨ Garam Masala powder 1-tsp ✨ Black Pepper 1-tsp ✨ Yogurt 2-Cups ✨Chicken Cubes ✨Chicken Stock as required ✨Rice 1-kg ✨ Green Chillies YaKHNI PrepaRATION: In any Pot add Chicken, Onion , Garlic , Ginger, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Black Pepper Corns, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Coriander seeds. Cover & cook on low medium flame until meat is tender. Then take out cooked chicken in any bowl & reserve for later use. Masala Preparation; In another pot add oil as required, add onion & fry until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic & mix well. Now add all the spices , yogurt & mix well. Now add prepared chicken. Cook for sometime. Remove Chicken & set aside. Add Rice, Chicken stock 8-Cups , give it a good mix & bring it to boil. Add Prepared Chicken, Chicken Cubes food colour & green chillies on the top. Cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Chicken yakhni Pulao is ready to serve. ❤️ #foryou #foryoupage
