Easy High Protein Burrito Meal Prep ๐ Check out my high protein cookbooks for over 100+ recipes just like this one! ๐๐จ๐ฝโ๐ณ (link in bio) Makes 6 Burritos: ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ Calories & Macros ๐ Per Burrito: 560 calories 62g P | 26g C | 29g F Taco Ground Beef - 800g lean ground steak (5% or less) - 2 tsp paprika - 2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp cayenne - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp oregano - 2 tsp salt - 2 tsp black pepper - 250ml tomato sauce (brand Tesco) - Cooking spray (I use chosen foods avocado spray) Fluffy Scrambled Eggs - 12 eggs (beaten) - 15g light butter - salt & pepper to taste Creamy Avocado Sauce - 1 avocado - 160g 0% Greek yoghurt - 60ml fat free or low fat milk - tsp honey - Juice of half a lime - salt and pepper to taste Other ingredients - 6 low calorie tortillas (brand: mission low carb balance) - 180g low fat grated cheese - 240g (12) low fat cheese slices (brand: Tesco) Extra Notes โ๐ฝ - toast in the pan (optionally with butter) folded side down to seal the burrito - Allow the burritos to cool before wrapping in foil Storage & Heating โจ๏ธ - Wrap in foil and store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for a couple months - To reheat, remove the foil, wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 3-4 minutes from the fridge or 5-6 minutes from the freezer, flipping over at halfway, unwrap carefully from the paper towel air-fry or toast in the pan for a couple minutes to get crispy and enjoy!
