If you switch your language to English (Canada) it says apple intelligence isn’t available as well 👍🏻

Mine doesn’t say “Apple Intelligence & Siri” it just says “Siri” for anyone wondering if they could still do it! Settings -> Siri -> Apps (scroll to the very bottom) & then manually click each app!

This is not an issue. If you have an older phone, they cannot put it on your phone.

In each app they have the option for Siri to learn from that said app. It of course is automatically on. So you just to go through each app to turn it off🙃
