You need dental cleanings every 6 months, insurnace should cover most of that. If you have periodontal disease then you need cleanings every 3-4 months and there is added on procedures to help improve

I HATE THE BEACH TOO OMG I have never met/heard anyone else who agrees with me on that. I hate sand, I hate the way the water makes me feel, and I hate humidity that comes with living by the water 🙈

So I got money as a child for chores but my parents also made us “pay them” (they put the money in a bank account for us for when we started driving so we didn’t just get money we got some to spend

I’ve had extensions two different times and my hair has grown so much with them. I think it has something to do with being harder on my hair without extensions.

I reached a point where I had to delete Viber & find other ways to stay in touch with my family. At one point, I even deleted WhatsApp. They just kept reaching out from different numbers—fake ones, fake emails, fake social accounts, even through e-transfers. I just want anyone who needs to hear this to be aware. This is my story—I’m not saying it applies to everyone, but I know some can relate. For those who have followed my journey, you know that I was in an abusive relationship for about 4 1/2 yrs. In order to escape, I moved across the province—cuz if I hadn’t, I might not be here today. Choosing myself was the hardest but most important decision I ever made. Every time I stayed in the same city, I found myself going back to the abuser. I had no support system there; this individual was the only person I knew, which made it easy to be pulled back in. The trauma bond kept me stuck, and I distracted myself just to feel like I still had a life. (This is not a life I was going to live.) When I moved back to my hometown, surrounded by family and friends, everything became easier. They didn’t know the full story, but their love and presence helped me heal. Learning about narcissism and toxic relationships opened my eyes and brought me a sense of peace. That’s when I started sharing my journey on social media—because when I was going through it, I felt completely alone. I didn’t have the resources I’m now able to provide, and I wish I had known back then that there was a whole community of people who understood. (I always felt that nobody would believe what I was going through if I told them.) If you’re going through this, know that you are not alone. You are not crazy. The people who blame you for staying or tell you to “just leave” have no real understanding of what you’re experiencing. They lack empathy, and they are the wrong people to seek support from. After 7 years, I am now in a loving, healthy relationship, engaged, soon to be a wife and I want that to serve as proof that healing is possible. I share my experiences to show you that you are not the only one trapped in this cycle—and that you can break free. (following through with the boundaries you set and staying consistent key.) Narcissistic and toxic individuals will do anything to benefit themselves. They will go to great lengths to keep control, even using their own children—or yours—to manipulate you. They will create fake emails, fake social accounts and if they know your schedule, they will pretend to accidentally bump into you! (Even with a restraining order) They know exactly how to get to your heart. They know what triggers a response, and what will get a reaction. They can act emotional, say all the right things, and tell you everything you want to hear—only to turn around and blame you the moment you engage. BOOM the cycle repeats. One moment, they miss you; the next, they hate you. When you respond, you fall even deeper into their trap. And when you try to leave again, they’ll turn it around on you—blaming you for engaging & claiming that you were the one who wanted them back. if you didn’t, you wouldn’t have responded…right? (That’s what they would say) During that time, holding myself back from responding was difficult. I kept engaging every time they msg me, no matter how I replied—constantly trying to make them see how hurtful their actions were. But I’ve realized I don’t need to do that anymore. I’ve already explained myself more times than I can count. It’s a never-ending cycle. I used to respond with long paragraphs and emails, hoping it would make a difference—but it never did. Over time, my responses got shorter, dwindling to just a few sentences, then to a simple “take care” or “goodbye for good.” Now, I don’t respond at all, and that alone shows how far I’ve come. See examples of Hoovering attempts from this individual in 2017 & again 2023.
