@bradhannafitnessgrind: One of my favorite glute exercises on leg day is Glute Squeezes on a 90 Degree Angle Hypertension Machine. This specific exercise targets, isolates, and crushes my glutes. And if you progressively increase the weight you will definitely feel and see the difference with your glutes. Ensure you are slightly rounding your back to keep the tension on your glutes instead of hyperextending your lower back. Other exercises performed today were Belt Squats, Quadricep Extensions, Laying Hamstring Curls, abductors, adductors, and Calf Raises. All exercises performed for 8-15 repetitions for 3 or 4 sets each with the exception of calves for a repetition range of 20-30 repetitions. Keep grinding everyone.
