@turtlehospital: Mary’s Sea Turtle Release 🌊🐢 Special thanks to Miami Dade Sea Turtle Group, Horizon Divers, and everyone else involved in rescuing, rehabbing, and releasing Mary! ❤️ “Mary”, a young Green sea turtle was found ashore in Miami, Florida on June 3rd, 2024 wrapped tightly in fishing line and hooks. The local fire department that responded to the call reached out to Miami Dade Sea Turtle Group who noticed upon arrival that Mary was also covered in FP (fibropapillomatosis).
