It does work, I don’t have this exact one, I have one with a lot more power, I have had a kid so my pelvic floor is not as it was and sense using something like this it has helped by ALOT.

I thought I had a weak pelvic floor and I went to a pelvic floor specialist and I actually had a hypertonic pelvic floor and the symptoms are very similar to weak pelvic floor.
