Advice sakin ng psychologist, iiyak mo lang yung nararamdaman ko kung nasasaktan ka. Tapos magiging okay ka. Kapag naalala mo ulit, iyak ka lang daw. Di naman kasi agad yun mawawala.

I'm always say to myself na 'di na'ko gagawa ng mga bagay na alam kong masasaktan ako pero andito nanaman ako sa paste na hinahayaan ko ulit na mag beg sa mga taong wala namang pake sa nararamdaman ko
