42 here. I think turning 40 is the first time that most of us have to face our actual mortality? And time has gone so quickly so it feels kind of scary! I’m just basically ignoring it!

I still feel 39 & fine, admittedly only just turned 40, however fella turned 45 today & he has been in midlife crisis mode for last 2 year 🙈 it's getting boring, he is looking at getting a motorbike now 🙄😂 FML

I had a mid life crisis the year I turned 40 and got really fit and skinny. It was so stressful, now I feel more relaxed but also more stressed with actual life being a shlt show 😁😭

No turning 41 in November but feel like I’m in the body of a 90 year old. Have had to have eye surgery that some people have when they are 80🙈🙈 I’m trying to keep my chin up xx

Mentally, I was doing ok at last for a couple of yrs (thanks to HRT) but then I got long-Covid so my physical health and how I do life is sadly f*cked. Keep yourself fit + healthy and enjoy everything

I’m 40. What pisses me off more than anything is the constant barrage of menopause supplements, life insurance etc. My mum didn’t go through menopause til she was 55, just let me live my life! 😫

Makes me wonder if there is a make version of the menopause. I know us ladies struggle with it but I do hear similarities with men’s experiences.
