With the second question they could lie, so it’s important to add a clause in a nikkah contract and legal contract as well just incase e.g financial compensation and automatic divorce clauses

It’s also highly recommened to ask if they want a legal marriage as well since islamic marriages aren’t legally recognised therefore many muslim women don’t get there legal marital rights&protection
