Be prepared for what is likely an expensive repair / replacement, that is leaking inside dripping out. Hope it’s not corroded, have you had your water tested?

Nailed it. The blue is cold water in and the red is hot water out… you isolated the heater and it will be good for now. The levers are for valves… like a faucet, you basically turned the faucet off.
