So curious about how insurance etc works there in Fl. I’m in NJ and we had to raise our homes after Sandy because they mapped out flood zones. If you don’t raise, how often are you willing to rebuild?

💯 Sarasota here. I got my last minute hurricane items today before it gets crazy. Doing laundry tomorrow. Tank is full. Don’t forget canned or dry pet food if you feed fresh pet food.
