@anisha.theecc: What an inspiring weekend in Lanark County! ✨ On Friday, I spent the day with a group of incredible ECE leaders, diving into conversations about how to support the development and growth of their teams. We explored ways to not only raise awareness of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) but also put that awareness into action. 🙌 Today was equally powerful, as I joined 150 passionate early childhood educators to discuss implementing DEI in their classrooms and the strategies we can use to combat burnout as professionals in this field. 🧡 A huge thank you to Lanark County for hosting me, and an extra shoutout to Mallory and Chelsey for bringing me down and making this impactful weekend possible.
