Difficult to know what a late stage interview is now as companies do 7253638252 interview phases before ghosting you, if there ever was a real job in the first place.

From experience if I answer, yes then I don’t get a follow-up. It’s like I’m not “interested enough”. So I say, “no and I’m excited to move forward with your process” cause it ain’t their biz!
