@onceuponadoctor: Woke up to a late, slow morning and embracing the calm. Life isn’t always picture-perfect, and that’s okay 🌞 sometimes a simple, unpolished moment is all you need to enjoy a good breakfast. This plate? Avocado toast (which took forever to smash with a fork until I used my potato smasher 🤷🏻‍♀️). Boiled three eggs, but when my mason jar trick to peel them quickly didn’t work, I used an espresso shaker instead (not my best idea) and only saved one and a half of the eggs 😂. Skipped the cream cheese today because there’s already enough going on with the avocado toast, but I kept it simple with my go-to seasonings: red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Sometimes I switch it up with a balsamic drizzle.
