I do that when it’s daughter weekend. We crushed pizza, chocolates, late night snacks ect. We also hiked and played on the trampoline for hrs, tomorrow it’s back to the regular routine and diet

what do you do if you are currently at maintenance calories and i have an episode like this where ive definitely gone over my maintenance wether it be eating out or a night out/alcohol? do i need to get back in a short deficit to make sure i cancel those extra cals out ? cos overtime when do those extra cals burn off if i’m eating at maintenance ?
