we don't all pay the same amount in taxes in Denmark and it does not start from 39,cause i pay 36 percent and i know people who pay lower,all depending on how much you earn.

well, not all people in Denmark make 46k a month though so yes that's considered as good pay. yes tax is higher but you get good benefits out of it.

But mostly only In Copenhagen or Aarhus, I live In Jutland and I get 1200$ a month, but that covers my, food, rent and everything.

People who say “it’s not much”, while I agree a PhD stould have a greater graduate salary, doesn’t understand that he probably works max 37 hours a week with benefits etc… its a great base salary!

Just to be clear… we pay 8% to the “labor market contribution” AND at least 38% taxes… so thats ~29000 DKK ish.
