All you need is an instant ramen and cheese for the simplest version. But you can add whatever toppings you like to make it fun or more sophisticated. See recipe below. 1. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water. (Don’t use dried vegetable packets.) 2. As soon as it starts getting loose, off heat and drain water. 3. Add seasoning packet and mix thoroughly. For ramen that’s designed to be eaten in soup, add only 2/3 of the seasoning packet. 4. Preheat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Add noodles and flatten it. 5. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. You can also add other toppings. 6. Close the lid and lower the heat to low-medium and let it cook until all the cheese is melted and the bottom is crispy. Check the bottom occasionally to prevent burning. 7. Sprinkle gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes) and garnish with parsley or green onion. Jin Ramen - best with just cheese, gochugaru and parsley. Neoguri - this is seafood based ramen so you can add cooked seafood on top of cheese, gochugaru and green onions. Chapagetti - Chapagetti is supposed to have no soup so add the WHOLE seasoning pocket.
