@jake.dearden: Firstly, assess what happened. What went wrong? What went right? Was it something you can recognise & improve? Where can you improve? Secondly, it's already happened, don't be disheartened by a bad day of training. Let it go, don't worry about it, keep on pushing to be your best. Use this as motivation & don't let it bring you down! Thirdly, consider the bigger picture, how far have you come today in comparison to yesterday and the day before?
