I have been with Samsung since the S8, now have S22 waiting for S25. Have never been to a Samsung store. My wife who has Apple is at the Apple shop about once a month on average.

I had 3 iPhones, 4th, 5th and 6th Gen. they all barely got to a year before they needed warranty work.... had my Samsung S9+ for 6 years and I only just upgraded because the battery is on its way out

And the reason there's no one at samsung is because their phones don't break. I've had my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra for 4 years now still a great phone.
