One of the best decisions I made was not to listen to reviews and watch it for myself. I ended up loving it, and it became one of the most complex movies I’ve watched. ❤️❤️❤️

Art vs entertainment. The audience wanted joker but they got Arthur fleck. The audience is Harley Quinn. And there lies the brilliance of the film, ladies and gentlemen.

I think what I hated the most was that Joker ended perfectly, it left if open ended if what you saw were real events, or all a joke being told to the psychiatrist at the end

Great story telling. Singing parts really show us what goes on in his head 👍🏻

so he doesn't know what he wants cuz he's dealing with the fact he can't be joker he doesn't want to be the idea is bigger than him and he can't match up to it the entire point of the movie is to show that people only care for specticals and not someones mental health trying to get better it's why Harley leaves him

I personally loved it! I think the songs were a representation of the Joker’s inability to decipher reality from fantasy which added to the film’s examination of Joker’s mental state

The fact everyone has an opinion and is talking about, proves it works 😉

It’s the origin of the idea of “Joker”, not The Joker. I think the first part was pretty clear on that lol

People got this all wrong. The director knew what he was doing and he nailed it. 5 years from now the view on this will really change to be viewed as a classic. I loved it.

It’s very sad that he had one of the most talented jokers and actors of all time yet ended it like this.

I loved it, but the trial was secondary to the toxicity of the relationship. theusicla stuff helped show just how unstable both of them were. Arthur is the person who inspires the Joker who will 1/2

We loved it! The songs were vibrant illustrations of their psychopathy while the meta plot really felt grounded & somber. Arthur’s life is so tragic you can’t help but feel profound sympathy…

i think the music explains the mental side of the scenes really well. When you pay attention to lyrics and the pace of the songs, you understand their relationship and the delusions so well
