To give you actual levels. I had labs done in March and my B12 was at 197 (normal is 213-816) had labs last week and it is now at 561!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I just got mine today, so far haven’t noticed much but assuming it takes awhile. Using it after ruining my dopamine from opiates and hoping it Helps that, anemia, nerve damage. Fingers crossed!
