![Fishing recipe Fish Prep - [ ] Roughly 350 gram I used Coral Trout (cubbed into 1cm cubes, not to big you want it to cook up) - [ ] Pinch salt - [ ] 2 tablespoons rice flour - [ ] 2 tablespoons Canola oil (for frying not my favourite oil and I have tried others and it works fine)B Sauce Ingredients - [ ] 3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped) - [ ] 2 tablespoons Seasame Oil - [ ] 2 tablespoons Ginger (finely chopped) - [ ] 1-2 tsp chilli flakes - [ ] 2 tbsp Sriracha - [ ] 2 tsp fish sauce (or soy) - [ ] 2 table spoons brown sugar (or sugar free replacement) - [ ] 1/2 cup water (dont do more) - [ ] 2 tbs lime juice (fresh is better) Topppings to make it look pretty - [ ] 2 Tablespoons Cilantro leaves - [ ] 1 Tablespoon red chilli (sliced up finely) - [ ] Lime wedges Instructions - [ ] Fish - [ ] Dust the fish in the salt and flour - [ ] Have the pan heated with the oil then add fish cooking and turning once cooked set aside on a plate Sauce - [ ] Add Sesame oil - [ ] Saute ginger garlic for 20-30 seconds till the flavours explode - [ ] Add everything else (not the lime) and simmer until it slightly thickens then add the lime juice - [ ] Throw back in the fish stir the sauce all through - [ ] Plate up then add the toppings to make it look pretty and add some extra flavour.
